Kids' City - Breakfast and after school care
Kids' City provide our before and after school care. To access their services your children will need to be registered with Kids City, this can be done online here
The staff at Kids' City are familiar to us at Woodmansterne and they provide activities for children of all ages. Breakfast is provided and healthy snacks are available after school.

ï‚· Breakfast Club: 7.45am-8.55am
ï‚· After School Club: 3.30pm-6pm
ï‚· After School Club: £14.50 / After School Club Superheroes* £19.50
ï‚· Breakfast Club: £5 / Breakfast Club Superheroes* £7.50
*Superheroes places can be booked in an ad hoc way, up to 3pm on the day for After School Club and up to 4pm on the day before Breakfast Club
As Superhero places are for emergency situations and ad hoc places Kids’ City need to guarantee a degree of availability. In order to do this Kids’ City cap the regular service at a level that allows some flexibility for Superhero spaces.
Our booking in period is from the start of every school term up to the second Friday of term. During this period our Lines are open until 6:00: after this time until 4.30. We require three days’ notice before a child can start. After the booking in period, we require one full weeks’ notice before a child can start, subject to places being available. For a booking to be confirmed and before a child can start, we must have received at least one payment instalment (by card or childcare voucher) or full payment and a payment schedule must be in place for the remaining fees.
- All bookings for the after school club must be made online by parents or carers
- Parents or Carers can secure a child’s place by booking online and paying the first instalment
- Parents or Carers can set up an easy monthly payment schedule
- Places are guaranteed for all children booked within the booking-in period (providing the first instalment is paid at time of booking)
